Rewards received as a result of participation in Frenzy Casino promotions and tournaments, as well as bonuses received under the loyalty programme do not require wagering.

The Welcome Bonus requires X50 wagering. The wagering amount may be changed by the administration of Frenzy Casino.

Depending on the promotion or tournament, players may receive the following types of rewards:

• First Deposit Welcome Bonus.

The welcome bonus only applies to a player's first deposit, which requires wagering. This bonus is credited to the bonus balance and is subject to wagering in the amount of X50 of the bonus amount. After wagering the remaining amount of the bonus is transferred to the player's real balance.

• Welcome bonus has different sizes, depending on the size of the first deposit. Maximum possible bonus is 2000$.
• The first deposit from $20 - the size of the Welcome bonus is 100%.
• The first deposit from 100$ - welcome bonus 150%.
• First deposit from $500 - welcome bonus 175%.

- Rakeback is a bonus which is awarded to the player for his entire playing experience (winning and losing) every day. Rakeback is calculated on the amount that the casino theoretically wins and depends on the RTP parameter of slots/games that the user plays and the amount of his bets. But the size of rakeback cannot be higher than 50% of the theoretical winnings of the casino.

• RTP is a coefficient of return of winnings to the player.
• Rakeback is calculated exactly from House Edge and makes percentage depending on what level of the loyalty program the player is on.
• Rakeback is credited to the real balance of the player every day.

- Cashback is a bonus given to the player for his losses every week on Mondays. It is calculated from the sum of losses of the player for the last week.

• The amount of the cashback is a percentage of the player's net losses, i.e. of the amount.
• The percentage depends on the level of the loyalty programme the player is on.

Withdrawal is not possible if a player has an active bonus/reward (excluding cashback and rakeback). You must wager your active bonus/bonus in order to make a withdrawal. The player also has the option of cancelling or cancelling their bonus if they wish to do so. Also, Frenzy Casino administration reserves the right to determine the games a player can play with the bonus balance.

Abuse of remuneration includes, but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to receive multiple rewards;
• Allowing a non-player to bet on his account while a reward is active.
• If there is reasonable suspicion or evidence that the account holder has been found to be in breach of these reward conditions by abusing the reward, individually or as part of a group, Frenzy Casino reserves the right to cancel the reward and any winnings from the reward, remove funds associated with the reward, block player access to certain products, exclude the player from any future promotions or close the player account with immediate effect.

The use of methods, techniques or software that allow a player to gain an advantage over other players and/or the reward system is prohibited and is considered abuse. All rewards are for non-professional and recreational purposes only.
