Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The maximum winnings that will be paid out as a result of any free bonus or free spins without deposit will be $50 or the equivalent in cryptocurrency.
• The maximum winnings to be paid out as a result of a cashback bonus, rakeback bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus, loyalty program bonus, weekly and monthly bonus, excluding the welcome bonus, will be 5000 USD or the equivalent in cryptocurrency. Please note that any excess amount will be forfeited prior to a withdrawal request. The processing time for each case is up to 30 business days.
• Once the first deposit has been registered in our system and the deposit amount covers any minimum amount for bonus crediting, a window will open where you can activate the bonus.
• When using the activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first, and then the bonus money.
• You need to wager a certain amount in order to transfer the funds from the Bonus Balance. The wager is the total amount of money spent on wagers. Each bonus may have individual wagering rules, which you can check on the front of the bonus card. The multiplier that determines the required bet amount is set separately for each Bonus. The minimum bet included in the wagering bonus is 0.1 USD. The maximum bet included in the Bonus wagering is 5 USD.
• It is forbidden to use the Bonus balance to cheat the rewards system. These actions will be considered fraudulent.
• Frenzy Casino reserves the right to suspend, revoke or cancel any payouts or winnings associated with bonus funds if bonus offers are suspected to be abused.
• A bonus should be considered a "free bet". The bonus may not be considered as a cash equivalent. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of any Bonus is permitted, except as described in these rules.
• Attempting to circumvent the Bonus withdrawal terms and conditions will be considered fraudulent misuse of the Bonus offers. Frenzy Casino reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the blocking of your account altogether or the forfeiture of any dishonestly won funds, should we become aware of any violation of the rules.
• The player may cancel the Bonus Balance on his own. All funds in the Bonus Balance and the amount in unfinished bets will be cancelled without possibility of recovery. Frenzy Casino reserves the right to cancel the Bonus Balance and to refuse the user to receive the Bonus in the case of fraud.
• You may only use your Bonus Balance on certain casino games. Under the "All Games" tab in the "Bonus Wagering" category, games are available for wagering with a Bonus Balance.
• The Bonus Balance is not available for sports betting, live and table games, special games and certain slot machines.
• Bonuses (Rakeback, Cashback) will not be credited to the Bonus Balance wagering.
• If all Bonus funds are lost, the Bonus will be cancelled.
• All winnings received from bonus rounds, free spins etc. will be credited to the Bonus Balance, and your wagering requirements will be increased by the amount of winnings * wagering bonus.
• If the Bonus Offer is cancelled or expires, the funds remaining on the Bonus Balance will be deducted.
• Any misuse of any game rounds, free spins, any cumulative bonuses and bonus games when playing with bonus funds is prohibited. Any misuse of the above will result in the blocking of the account with denial of service and forfeiture of funds. Frenzy Casino reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension of your account and/or forfeiture of your winnings, should we become aware of any such abuse.
• If Bonuses are activated on your balance, all of them without exception will be forfeited after any withdrawal of funds in the bonus currency from your Frenzy Casino account.
• Only one bonus may be active. Activation of another bonus will reset all others.
• If Bonuses are activated on your balance, all of them, without exception, will be cancelled after any withdrawal in the bonus currency from your Frenzy Casino account.
• Frenzy Casino reserves the right to limit the issue of bonus offers without explanation or prior notice.
• Bonus balance wagering is not included in the total account wagering and does not affect the progress in increasing the Account Rank.
• If you decrease your Bonus Balance below $0.5, your Bonus will automatically be cancelled.
• Frenzy Casino management reserves the right to withhold or confiscate any bonuses or winnings resulting from fraud, unfair activity or technical failures of the services.
• The bonuses offered by Frenzy Casino are for genuine recreational players only. Bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as "bonus hunters" or "bonus abusers". Frenzy Casino management reviews all player accounts and classifies them at their discretion. If a player is classified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser", all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.
• Using bonuses in games with accumulated benefits during the game (e.g. free spins counters or other game features unlocked after some gameplay) and returning to the game after the wagering requirements have been reset to trigger or unlock accumulated bonus and winnings features, in which case all winnings and bonuses will be nullified.
• You may not postpone any game rounds, including freespins and bonus rounds, to a time when you no longer need to wager the bonus and/or make a new deposit(s).
• You may not use bonus funds solely to complete bonus stages (e.g. collect 9 out of 10 coins to receive the bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. play to collect the last coin to collect 10 out of 10 coins to receive the bonus), switching to real money wagers when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or cleared and converted to cash. All winnings received during this game may be invalidated.
• The maximum welcome bonus is 1000 USD and 150 free spins.
