The website frenzycasino.io ("Casino", "Site", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is the operator of the international manufacturers and providers of the gaming industry.

In the event that the information provided when you created your Account is not provided and/or is not considered complete, accurate or current at any time, Frenzy Casino reserves the right to suspend the registration of your Frenzy Casino Account and treat any subsequent potentially accepted deposits to your Frenzy Casino Account as void (and any winnings arising from such deposit shall be deemed to be void). All Players must be 18 years of age or the other age of majority as established by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater or older. Frenzy Casino reserves the right to request proof of age from any player and to suspend their Frenzy Casino Account until satisfactory documentation is provided. 4. Responsibility of the Player

Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis, you represent, warrant, undertake and agree that:

You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us and are not limited by any form of diminished capacity;

All information you provide to us during the term of this agreement is true, complete, correct and that you should immediately notify us of any change to such information;

You are not currently independently excluded from any gambling site or gambling premises;
You will notify Frenzy Casino's administration immediately if you enter into a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling provider;
You use the Service at your own discretion and risk;
You participate in the Games strictly in your own personal and non-professional capacity and you participate for recreational and entertainment purposes only;
You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under applicable laws in respect of any winnings you receive from us;
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes that may be payable on the cryptocurrency awarded to you as a result of your use of the Service;
There is a risk of loss of cryptocurrency when using the Service, and Frenzy Casino shall have no liability to you for any such loss;
With respect to deposits and withdrawals to and from your Frenzy Casino Account, you must only use cryptocurrency that is valid and legally owned by you;
You accept and acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency may fluctuate dramatically depending on market value;
You have only one account with Frenzy Casino and agree not to open any more accounts with Frenzy Casino;
You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited methods, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automatic registration and enrollment, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These actions may include, but are not limited to, examining the properties of Players' devices, detecting geolocation and IP address masking, transactions and blockchain analysis;

The telecommunications networks and internet access services required for you to access and use the Service are entirely outside the control of Frenzy Casino and Frenzy Casino shall not be liable for any interruptions, slowness, bandwidth limitations or other deficiencies affecting them.

5. Liability of Frenzy Casino

Frenzy Casino disclaims all warranties and liabilities, express or implied, in connection with the service which is provided to you "as is" and we make no warranty or representation to you as to its quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy.

6. Deposits

Deposits are processed immediately and the updated balance is displayed on the Frenzy Casino account instantly when the payment service provider is used. Frenzy Casino is not responsible for any delays caused by its payment system or delays caused by any third party.

We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when processing deposits to your Frenzy Casino account.

Please note that your bank or payment service provider may charge you additional fees for currency conversion deposits in accordance with their terms and conditions and your user agreement.

Funds may not be transferred from your Frenzy Casino account to another player's Frenzy Casino account.

7. Withdrawal of funds

Frenzy Casino reserves the right to deny the Player any withdrawal from their Betting Account as long as:

The withdrawal is being made to an account of which the Player is the lawful owner;
Any additional information requested by Frenzy Casino has been provided;

Frenzy Casino reserves all rights to investigate your account and gaming activity. Once lost or deactivated, the Bonus will no longer be available to you (and cannot be reactivated at any time thereafter). The amount of any bonus funds that have already been credited to your Frenzy Casino account balance will remain available to you.

Frenzy Casino reserves the right to remove bonuses from all inactive accounts or accounts that have been identified as "abusive bonuses".

Frenzy Casino reserves the right to cancel all bonuses that have not been claimed within the application period or 60 days less.

Frenzy Casino reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its sole discretion.

9. Terms of Service

10. Prohibited Use

- Attempting to manipulate your actual location using a VPN, proxy or similar service, or by providing incorrect or misleading information about your location with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdictional restrictions, is a violation of Clause 4 of these Terms of Use.

11. Fair Use

- The Website and the Services may only be used for entertainment purposes by placing bets on events and/or gaming products.

- You must not use the Website for the benefit of any third party or for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene or that Frenzy Casino considers to be discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest or inappropriate. 13. Infringement of

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold Frenzy Casino and its shareholders, directors, agents and employees harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other expenses, however caused, which may arise from:

(I) your total or partial breach of this Agreement;
(II) your breach of any law or the rights of any third party;
(III) your use of the Service.

14. Limitations and Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Frenzy Casino be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other material loss) resulting from the use (or misuse) of the Service, even if Frenzy Casino had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit Frenzy Casino's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

You agree that you will be solely liable for any damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your commission of any Unauthorized Use. Frenzy Casino reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time or otherwise modify the Service without notice, and you will be bound by such amended Agreement upon publication. You are therefore advised to read the terms and conditions contained in the then current version of the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any amendments to the Agreement.

18. Assignment

Frenzy Casino reserves the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The User may not assign any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement.

19. Miscellaneous

No waiver by Frenzy Casino of any breach of any provision of this Agreement (including the failure of Frenzy Casino to require strict and literal performance of or compliance with any provision of this Agreement) shall in any way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or any breach of any other provision of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third party not party to this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, fiduciary relationship, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between you and Frenzy Casino.

Frenzy Casino may assign, transfer, assign, sublicense or perform any other transaction with this Agreement and may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any other party.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Frenzy Casino regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and Frenzy Casino.
